A New Chapter for FELT: Bigger Impact for Migrants
At FELT Education, our mission centers on low-barrier, trauma-sensitive learning for immigrants and refugees. To match our community's growing needs, we are stepping into a bold new era with fresh executive leadership, a custom Learning Management System, and an updated visual identity.
We have a new Executive Director and will expand the Board by the end of 2026. Jennifer Stapper, Executive Director, brings deep expertise in educational equity and non-profit strategy to grow our programs and strengthen community partnerships. Driven by the core belief that education is the most sustainable tool for community building and empowerment, Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring our courses remain completely free while building online communities for learners to thrive. Our custom new LMS eliminates digital friction for both learners and volunteers. Students enjoy safe and secure access to the community, class recordings, and useful tools anytime, anywhere. Simultaneously, volunteer teachers benefit from a centralized curriculum hub and peer collaboration tools that keep instruction seamless and impactful.
Our updated brand, logo, and website mirror the vibrant, resilient community we serve every day. While our visual identity is modernizing, our core values remain fixed: radical inclusion, dignity through education, and unwavering support for every student and volunteer.
These changes set the stage for our next chapter, but our community of supporters, volunteers, and advocates is what powers this FELT forward. Together, we are building stronger connections and expanding opportunities for migrants everywhere. We thank you for your support and continued involvement in FELT Education.
