One of the most important reasons to stand-up for all is to help combat discrimination and prejudice. Many of Felt’s students have been persecuted and tortured because of who they love or because they live their authentic truth. It isn’t just other countries, this issues exist here and we must all work together to stop those determined to strip rights from some.

As an ally, you can help to support these individuals by advocating for their rights and providing a safe and welcoming environment. This can include supporting LGBTQIA+ organizations, volunteering your time and resources, and speaking out against discrimination and prejudice.

Ultimately, being an authentic ally is about recognizing the humanity and dignity of all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. By standing up for the rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals, we can help to create a more just and equitable society for everyone.
